About Randwick Physie & Dance

By joining our dance family at Randwick Physie & Dance, you are joining a friendly club established in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs for over 60 years, where we welcome dancers of all ages & abilities.

​

With classes ranging from our pre-school aged 'Tiny Tots', through to our 'Masters' over 70 years, with beginner through to elite level choreography - there is a class for everyone!

​

Physie and Dance classes focus on movement, musicality, technique, performance, flexibility and strength. APDA Physie includes elements of jazz, ballet, lyrical, pilates, contemporary and modern dance.

TINY TOTS

Where tiny dancers take their first big steps

A Physie TINY TOT class is structured to help little dancers develop coordination, discipline, and self esteem.​  45-Minute classes include fun, age-appropriate music, games, foundational physie & dance movements and props.

JUNIORS | AGES 5-12

Where confidence grows with every step

Physie JUNIOR classes combine dance, movement and fun in a supportive environment where girls can build confidence, coordination, strength and flexibility. Age-appropriate classes develop foundational Physie and dance skills, musicality and technique, while encouraging teamwork, friendships and a love of performing.oundational physie & dance movements and props.

SENIORS | AGES 13+

Where dancers grow stronger, inside and out

Physie SENIOR classes bring together dance, fitness and performance to build strength, flexibility, confidence and technique. With dynamic choreography and a supportive team environment, dancers are encouraged to challenge themselves, express their individuality and develop skills and friendships that extend well beyond the dance floor.

OPEN AGE | AGES 30+

Where movement, friendship and fun come together

Physie OPEN AGE classes are a welcoming way to stay active, build strength and flexibility, and enjoy the confidence that comes with dance. Combining movement, fitness and choreography in a fun and supportive environment, classes are perfect for women of all experience levels, whether you're returning to Physie or trying it for the first time.
