WHAT IS PHYSIE & DANCE?

Physie & Dance combines elements of jazz, contemporary, lyrical and cardio. Randwick Physie & Dance follows the Australian Physie and Dance Association (APDA) syllabus, where members learn 4 to 6 choreographed routines throughout the year, each with its own specific skill-set. There is a focus on movement, musicality, technique, performance, flexibility and strength.

A HEALTHY APPETITE FOR COMPETITION

Randwick Physie & Dance encourages all members to participate in competitions throughout the year. Interclubs, Team Competitions, Individual Championships and our very own Club Performance Days are wonderful experiences for all involved and allow students to perform, grow in confidence, build resilience, learn graciousness and sportsmanship and build new long-lasting friendships

– and of course, have lots of fun!

GRAND CHAMPIONS
